About Tipperary Community Games:

We are an independent voluntary organisation providing opportunities for children and young people to grow and develop in a positive and healthy way while experiencing a wide range of sporting and cultural activities.

The County Tipperary Community Games Executive Board meets every 6 weeks approx in Hayes Hotel, Thurles. These meetings usually take place on a Wednesday evening at 8pm followed by a County Committee Meeting at 8.30pm. All areas are asked to send a representative to the County Committee Meeting as it's a good way to keep in touch with what is happening with Community Games in the County.

About Community Games:

Today, the HSE Community Games is an independent voluntary organisation which operates in local communities throughout Tipperary and Ireland. It provides opportunities for young people to develop in a healthy and safe environment through experiencing a wide range of sporting, social and cultural activities. There are over 700 Areas across all four Provinces; 38 in Tipperary representing approximately 200,000 participants, 15,000 volunteers and 1.3 million supporters taking part annually.
